SARDINIA

Second meeting, let’s cycle…
Here we are, in Sardinia. Beautiful isle and very desirable tourist destination. Sea, beach, but also hill landscape with green uncontaminated pasture lands. Not only good life with boats and sea exists here, but there’s also a hard agricultural and pastoral system. Excellent sheep milk cheese.
We arrived two days ago in Olbia, after a little flight and a few kilometers by car. Everything regular, just in time to an hour in the gym and a few minutes of stretching. While yesterday we divided into two groups and spent 3 hours on the suggestive ways of the Costa Smeralda. Today we spent 3 hours and a half up and down of the Sardinian hills, and in the afternoon we did also some exercises in the gym.
I can’t even compare this weather with that of my town. Even if there are some clouds, the
temperature today reached 20 degrees. A better weather is not even necessary. Now here we are and with such a climate we’ll take advantage to do some more kilometers.
Then there will be the occasion to catch the right rhythm again to the right diet ;) ahah
We’ll try to lose those few kilos that you put on in winter, without stress.
My roommate is my countryman, a climber of Trentino, son of the Arts…the young Moreno Moser, nephew of the legendary Francesco Moser. Just keep an eye on him!
To entertain a bit my hearing, I brought with myself the Adolescens, the Artict Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Giardini Di Mirò, Black Lips..and a bit more. A mix of rock grounge and electronics that also my comrade Moreno is appreciating, with some hesitancy ;)
